Q: How do I log in?
A: To log in, use your email address and the password you chose. If you have not set up a password yet, select “forgot password” to have a reset button sent to your email.
Q: How do I see my appointments?
A: To access the calendar showing upcoming appointments look under Sessions: “Join Scheduled” (set to month view to see more easily.)
Q: How do I request more appointments?
A: Call/text 605-388-2993 or in the portal, go to “schedule session”.
Q: How do I cancel an appointment?
A: Call/Text 605-388-2993. Or, in the portal, under "Join Scheduled” button, go to “month view” to see your upcoming appointments. From there, select the date you wish to cancel.
Q: Why won’t the portal work on my phone?
A: For IOS (apple) you will need to use Safari web browser.
For all other phones, google should work the best.
